Ballet for Athletes: The exercises are modified and adapted to improve functional and motor fitness for all athletes - no matter the sport or level of expertise. Posture exercises are part of the series not only to enhance technical skills but also for personal well-being. Muscular strength, speed and explosive power, flexibility and suppleness and general body, limb and spatial awareness are significantly augmented through specific designed exercise series. In addition, rhythm, "flow and feel" for movement and movement sequences are integrated along with special relaxation and stress management exercises.
